Parsley Tea for Clear Skin

Parsley cleans the body from within and can help with acne. Parsley is rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C and E. One of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to include parsley into your diet is by making parsley tea. 

 This is what you'll need: 

Handful of fresh clean parsley Fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon) 1 cup of hot water or green tea 

Here's what you do: 

Measure out 1/4 cup of parsley and put in mug 

Pour the cup of hot water or tea over the parsley- allow to steep for 5-10 mins 

Pour the mixture through a strainer to separate liquid from parsley 

Discard parsley and pour hot liquid in a mug 

Add lemon juice
